Returns

Personalised/Handmade Products
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we DO NOT OFFER returns or refunds except in the case of an error on our behalf.

We also DO NOT OFFER refunds if you are unhappy with the font or design selected, as sample fonts are provided on each product page.

If an error has occurred or incorrect goods have been received, please contact us within 5 days at hello@thecustomco.com.au.

We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases or for personalised details entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delivery

The Custom Co ships to locations within Australia and internationally.

Our products are made to order and shipped directly from our international production facilities located in China and the USA. Production typically takes around 7 business days, and once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that once orders leave our facilities, delivery times are dependent on international transit and local postal services. Tracking may show international scans before arriving in your country.

The Custom Co does not take responsibility for delays, loss, or delivery errors caused by postal services or couriers. All disputes regarding delivery must be directed to the relevant shipping provider using your tracking number.

Please ensure that postal and email addresses are entered correctly at checkout, as The Custom Co does not accept responsibility for items lost or delivered to an incorrect address.

Colour

We make every effort to reproduce and display colours accurately. However, variations may occur due to differences in screen monitors and printer calibrations.

Product Care

All personalised and handmade products are created using dye sublimation and heat-press printing techniques, which allow products to be hand washed in cold water.

Do not soak, bleach, tumble dry, or leave handmade items in direct sunlight.

By tagging @thecustomco.com.au on social media, you grant us permission to re-post and/or re-use the image(s) for marketing purposes.

Privacy

The Custom Co will not use your personal information for any purposes other than to process your order.
