I have had the best service! And the blankets wash really well. I have had a Scooby doo one made for my future grandchild, and looks like the mummy might be claiming it ! We have had a few emails back and forth to get exactly what we need . I have even contacted about making another type for a 21st bday present. Customer service is absolutely above and beyond. Overall quality was great but personalised name on cars backpack was extremely tiny & hard to see amongst the car pictures. Name definitely needs to be bigger.
